After trying several mechanics in the Baton Rouge area and unfortunately being taken advantage of, I finally found someone honest. He was upfront, professional, and did great work on my car. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, so I definitely recommend him! This is coming from someone of has friends and family who are mechanics back in my home town.

Phil had great customer service. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival. He also retrieved the part directly from the dealership. I was back up and running the same day . Very professional.

I had a great experience with this Phil's auto. He was very personable and took the time to clearly explain exactly what was wrong with my vehicle in a way I could understand. The service was honest and efficient, and I’ve had no issues since the repair. Definitely made a returning customer. Highly recommend!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Phil’s Auto. I brought my car in to have a valve cover gasket replaced, and I even provided a brand new part straight out of the packaging. Before bringing my car in, I never had any oil leaking underneath my vehicle—there were no stains on the ground at all, only a small issue on the engine cover. After the work was done, my car is now in worse condition than before. I’m dealing with oil actively leaking from underneath my car, something that was never an issue prior to this repair. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a service and end up with a bigger problem than what you started with. I trusted this shop to fix a simple issue, but instead it created a new and more serious one. I would not recommend Phil’s Auto based on my experience.

This was our first time working with Phil’s Auto LLC & Mobile Service, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Phil responded quickly and took the time to explain the diagnostic process clearly, which we truly appreciated. He handled complex issues on two of our 13-year-old vehicles: diagnosing oil pressure and emissions codes on our Chrysler sedan (replacing the oil pressure switch and EVAP purge valve) and resolving cooling issues on our Chevy SUV with a new water pump and thermostat. At #Avoidthegofundmetoday, we preach proactive maintenance to stay ahead of financial disasters, and Phil is the expert you want in your corner to make that happen. His team is welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. We’ll definitely be using them again! Praises to Our Creator Only for favor 🙌 Thanks again Bro Phil, #NoCarNote continues 🫡 #Grateful
